So this is more of a diary than a blog. I have 3 kiddos. No 3 is now 7 months old and I still have 5kg's to loose before I am at my before baby weight. I managed to lose 20kg after no 2 but it took ages and I had many failures along the way but when I got there, it was a good thing. I know that weight does not define you but to feel comfortable in your own skin gives me confidence. So, I am going to do this old school. Good eating and lots of exercise. I am following a high protein, lower carb and low fat diet with HIIT and weight training workouts. Maybe one day I wil share more.
Starting weight: 60.7kg
So, these blog posts will be short and sweet but more regular. But I am going to bear all and even give you never seen before 'before' shots.
