Sorry for my silence! Number 3 had a little operation and I have been tending to him so no gym and a slight distraction and loss of focus. But I ha be been trying really hard to stick with it during this time. It's hard though. Been trying to find the balance between eating healthy and still enjoying life. In the past I have been so bogged down with the diet that I missed out on living however I do like the structure of a strict eating plan....so what to do. The older I get the more I realise I am an all or nothing kind of person. I like a challenge and when I accept the challenge I am in it boots and all. But how do you live life boots and all with balance. How do I model a healthy lifestyle for my children? These are really questions I need to answer....
